Technology Director

Identify and work towards achieving results in the key areas of strategic focus for technology.  Assist in the development and implementation of plans and metrics to track the progress of such initiatives.    Lead teams in the delivery of outstanding work that is done on time, within scope and budget while expanding technology and digital programs. Create an environment that challenges traditional thinking, ensuring we are with industry trend and pace. Build internal digital business partners and develop leadership bench strength that understands the extent of the operating changes required for success in digitization.  Strengthen the relationships and communication within I&T, with other departments and vendors on our I&T strategy, through roadmap compilation, innovation sessions, alignment workshops and other mechanisms. Identify and lead efforts for "new to Evans" technology concepts, capabilities and services that deliver solutions that address challenges and opportunities, inspiring the strategic plan. Create data sourcing and extraction that allows company to utilize results in strategic fashion and position data as a strategic asset. Conduct comprehensive research that enables recommendations to be considered fully. Naturally curious, seeking to learn, improve processes and programs.  Before introducing a new solution, explore whether existing solutions may be further enhanced to accomplish desired outcome. Have high standards for your work along with the self-discipline and motivation to accomplish your goals. Actively lead a technology team that is inclusive, inspired, nimble and capitalize on individual passions to solve business challenges.  Provide timely coaching, assistance in setting priorities, work management and career development. Strong organizational skills, great follow through on tasks, ability to manage multiple competing priorities. The Candidate: Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems or a Business discipline preferred. Previous financial institution or FinTech experience a plus but not required. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
