Manager
Seeking a qualified, energetic Full-time Manager in the Hamburg, NY area.
Responsibilities;
To provide competent and effective leadership to local employees, while maximizing the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the budget and financial goals, collections, legal status reporting, maintenance and asset performance and resident relations on a daily basis while ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures at all times.
Requirements;
3-5 years' experience in retail, property management, hotels a plus.
Compensation;
Wage range is $30,000-$35,000. DOE, wage is based on size of the property and area of responsibility. Great benefits including vacation, sick, holiday, 401K and insurance. Candidates must have valid DL and submit to criminal background, credit, drug screen and MVR check. Housing opportunity may be available.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
