Job Description:
Construction Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day operations of reconstruction projects.
Deliver a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in performing reconstruction services.
They must have a working understanding of leading reconstruction projects from beginning to end, and all the skills required to complete that in a professional manner.
This includes insulation, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, trim/casing install, as well as other skills.
Skills &
Experience:
- Remodeling - Framing & Insulation - Drywall Hanging & Finishing - Painting - Base, Casing & Crown Cutting/Install
Qualifications:
- Superb customer service track record - Effective written and oral communication - Excellent leadership skills - Valid driver's license
