You will provide support to our financial advisors and complete daily clerical tasks in a timely manner.
Professional attire is required.
Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Prepare and submit applications using online software Maintain the master office calendar for multiple advisors Document retention, scanning and faxing Generate reports and prepare client folders Maintain office inventory Skills/Requirements Ready, willing and able to learn new professional skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Proficient online and with MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Office experience (minimum 2-3 years preferred) Availability to work at least 20 hours a week between 9am - 5pm Starting pay $19 an hour Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
