Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the market - Provide administrative support, including managing paperwork, filing, and data entry - Help with inventory management and stock control - Assist in organizing and maintaining the market layout and displays - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Assist in training and supervising staff members - Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to improve market performance Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively - Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and managing inventory - Administrative skills for managing paperwork and maintaining records - Good phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues Note:
