Registered Dental Hygienist & Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Job Description:
The role of the dental hygienist in orthodontics is a key and important one! From education, to assessment, to supportive therapies during orthodontic treatment and maintaining health, the dental hygienist has the unique and frequent opportunity to impact this ever-growing area of dentistry.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, excellent computer skills, is motivated, positive personality, positive energy, highly capable, excellent hand-skills, ability to follow assigned tasks, and willing to succeed at the job.

Qualifications / Skills:
Proficient with office software Strong work ethics Excellent customer service skills, including building relationships Excellent organization skills Excellent attention to detail Be able to multitask and complete job duties in a timely manner Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes Be able to complete job responsibilities independently Understand orthodontic procedures and orthodontic terminology for proper scheduling and charting Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Two to three years of experience with patient scheduling Two to three years of experience in an orthodontic setting Two to three years of Registered Dental Hygiene experience Must pass the following pre-screening requirement before a phone interview will be scheduled:
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (personality testing).
The candidate must align with the personality type we are looking for.
All candidates will be emailed instructions on how to complete this test.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position.
Monday-Friday fixed schedule.
