Greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones.
Scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling patient appointments, Completing and filing insurance forms, tracking unpaid claims ,contacting insurance companies.
Perform all duties necessary to ensure that the dental practice is running smoothly.
Entering patient information precisely and accurately Must be able to multitask, accept constructive criticism, be able to work in a busy environment and be extremely organized.
Coordinate treatment and scheduling.
Coordinate treatment and scheduling Preparing patient charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
Monthly patient billing, accounts receivables and account payables experience Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed PROVEN EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A DENTAL OFFICE 2 PLUS YEARS
